[ Completion of the Jecheon Plant of the MTC ]
MTC completed the plant at the end of April 2023, obtained approval for use as of June 29, and began to produce our own water-based coating solution (SOOCOAT) from July 1, 2023.
Now, with our own products, we will do our best to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction.

Flame Retardang
MasterBatchIt's a masterbatch type products to provide flame retardability in various plastic compounding products. We supplies almost all types of plastic resin based products with Antimony Trioxide(ATO) and other additives required by customers. -

VarnishIt is a water based Varnish(WBV) that provides aesthetic properties after printing on various kinds of paper. The manufacturer of the product is SOO Chemical Co., Ltd., a J/V company of MTC Co., Ltd. and Dai-ichi Toryo MFG., Ltd. SOO Chemical is the leading and the first company to introduce the WBV in Korea. -

Packaging FilmThis is a polymer resin film usually PP(Poly-propylene), PE (Poly-Ethylene), and PET (Poly-Ethylene terephthalate) based. It is quite thin film(12㎛~100㎛) that covers from simple packaging to electronic application. -

Aluminium
HydroxideAluminum hydroxide, manufactured using BAYER method, whose raw material is bauxite, is widely used as a refractory material because it is easily dissolved in response to acid and alkali, and is thermally stable to 200°C, and absorbs a large amount of heat as crystalline water is dehydrated at high temperatures. Since different kinds of products are produced according to free water content and average intake, they can be applied to various heavy chemical industries. -

Alumina, a white crystalline powder, is manufactured by burning aluminum hydroxide. The basic chemical formula is Al2O3 and it is the most stable and widely used typical alpha alumina. It is widely used for refractories, insulation, ignition plugs, IC substrates, abrasives, and polishes as it has high melting temperature, high Morse hardness, high electrical resistance, and stable in acid and alkali. -

BatteryThe Aluminum Laminate Film is a composite material of the Aluminum Foil and Film and is used as a Pouch for the LIB. Compared to metal can type, pouch type can be processed in various forms and it is lightweight and great heat-resistant, It is widely used as a packaging material for LIBs for smart devices such as smartphones and tablets. In the future, it is also expected to be used in large LIBs such as electric vehicles and ESS. -
