Special alumina is manufactured by sintering alumina (add additional additives depending on the product) and is produced by optimizing chemical/mechanical properties according to the purpose.

Easy sintered alumina has merits in high fired density and microstructures after sintering. Due to those advantages, they are used as fundamental material for ceramic products having great mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.
ALK series are used not only for ceramics but also for separation membrane coating. ALG series can be sintered in low temperature so it can save energy
ESA is used in various industrial fields, such as high quality ceramics, refractories.Especially, three of items (ALK-SH, ALK-MH, ALG-2H) have high fluidity.
DWR is produced by fusing calcined alumina in an electric arc furnace under carefully controlled conditions. The fused material which is called Ingot is white in color. It has high density and large crystals of alpha alumina. The Ingot is cooled in aluminum pot and then crushed, ground, and precisely screened in our new sizing plant.
DCP-5 and DCP-4 are alpha aluminas with controlled particle size distribution after milling, separating coarse calcined alumina.
DCP-3, DCP-2 and DCP-05 are produced by grinding calcined alumina to the primary crystal size. These are narrowly distributed alumina powders, which enable optimal filling. These items improve the mechanical strength, chemical resistance and thermal stability of refractory, tile and ceramics.
Tabular Alumina is a sintered alumina which is produced by pelletizing high purity calcined alumina without the use of additives and firing them in Shaft Kiln of a temperature at about 1,900℃ near the melting point of alumina
Sintered crystals at high temperatures grow to various sizes from 10 microns to hundreds of microns, and crystal forms are plate-shaped. It is used as high temperature refractory materials due to its excellent wear resistance and thermal shock properties.
Alumina is used as a representative filler material for the heat radiation sheet of electrical devices. The high filling rate of alumina increases the thermal conductivity and thermal property of the products.
SRA is produced by thermal spraying process which uses oxygen burner in a temperature of about 2,500℃ ~ 3,000℃.
SRA has high thermal conductivity and is normally used as thermal conductive filler of silicon rubber for heat radiation of electrical devices.
